My name is Fernanda González and I am a Volume 51 Senior Staff Editor. I was born and raised in Los Angeles county. I attended the University of California, Riverside where I received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Political Science.
I am excited to be wrapping up my final year at UC Law and to pursuing a career in labor and employment law. When I’m not studying, I can be found taking long walks with my husky, Jade, or checking out new ramen spots.
I can’t wait to work with the rest of the awesome Constitutional Quarterly team!
My name is Morgan Haky and I am a Volume 51 Senior Staff Editor. I was born and raised in Berkeley, California. At University of Maryland - College Park, I graduated magna cum laude with a B.A in Government in Politics with an emphasis on constitutionalism. During my time on the East Coast, I worked in the United States Senate for Senator Robert P. Casey and was a legislative assistant for Nicholas Charles.
At UC Law SF, I am currently pursuing a Civil Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution concentration. I aim to have a career in government law and or municipal law.
I look forward to work alongside the brilliant minds of the Constitutional Quarterly.
My name is Miriam Pieters and I'm a Volume 51 Senior Staff Editor. I was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada but moved to California at 17 to attend community college. I eventually transferred to The University of California, Santa Barbara, where I received a B.A. in Psychology.
I am eager to graduate, but leaving is bittersweet because I will miss my incredible community here at school. You might see me around campus shirking my coursework by playing piano, reading a book (it’s probably Shakespeare), or distributing baked goods.
I’m excited to get to know everybody and work together on Volume 51!
My name is Blake and I’m a 3L at UC Law SF. I am a Volume 51 Senior Staff Editor. I grew up in Orange County, CA before coming to San Francisco for law school. I went to SDSU for my undergrad and majored in Political Science and Economics.
After undergrad, I worked as a corporate legal assistant. I am going to law school with the goal of becoming a prosecutor. I joined the Constitutional Quarterly because I grew up studying history as a hobby and it has always been my passion! I can't wait to contribute and work with everyone this year.
