For Volume 48, UC Law Constitutional Quarterly is making a concerted effort to publish authors who create intersectional and, if possible, interdisciplinary, liberation-minded scholarship that focuses on experiences of marginalization. We hope to publish scholars who have solid advocacy backgrounds and personal connections to the work they create. Through this vision, we are interested in scholarship that reimagines constitutional issues through the lenses of the most vulnerable and affected, painting their experiences in full nuance and color.
